We the promoters of “ABUISHAMUZ AGRO FOOD PROESSORS” engaged in the venture of manufacturing ‘SAMAYALKARAN BRAND’ spices and masala powders belong to a reputed family of spices merchants in South India. Our fore-fathers were engaged in the same line of activity during the British Period and were exporting the authentic spices procured from our neighbouring State of Kerala, the Spices Garden of India. 

Our Maternal Grand Father had established his own spices Kingdom in a small hamlet called POOLANKUDI IRUPPU at the foothills of the Western Ghats in Travancore Province. He was an entrepreneur and philanthropist providing employment opportunities to all the male members of the hamlet.  If they come to their hamlet after a month’s stay in the mountains procuring and curing spices, there would be a celebration in all the house-holds.

Our Paternal Grand Father was also a spices merchant  who had established his own kingdom at the foothills of the Western Ghats called BODINAYAKANUR village in Madras Province. He was also an entrepreneur engaged in the same line of activity exporting Spices, Skins and hides to few Countries by commercial vessels through Ocean.

After a generation gap, now, the third generation of the Spices Dynasty has been endeavouring to revive the business in a different form of manufacturing ‘masala powders’ harnessing the rich treasure of Spices which are in abundant supply in the surrounding area.

We have set up our Unit, using state-of-the-art technology machineries with total automation in an eco-friendly environment. 

The promoters are well-educated, having long association with this industry and thorough knowledge of production and marketing. Their Dream Project has come to the shape in reality. The promoters are proud to launch a health consciously consistent quality of products considering the well-being of our patrons at large.

The word SAMAYALKARAN (the cook) was coined with an intention to bring  them to the limelight who  are always behind the walls toiling in the burning heat in preparation of innumerable variety of food and eatables with rich aroma and mouth-watering tastes.

The recipes of our products were developed by a handful of senior Gourmets in a traditional way to suit the taste of India. The aroma, taste and flavour of  SAMAYALKARAN BRAND masala powders make the food so scrumptious and sumptuous. We salute the womenfolk who cook and serve delicious dishes using our SAMAYALKARAN BRAND masala powders to their beloved kith and kin.
